The role
This is a fast paced and rewarding role where you will play a key part in driving sales growth. You will work closely with new and existing customers to understand their needs and help provide the right solutions. Your day will involve managing enquiries, developing leads, following up quotes and maintaining regular contact with customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people and is motivated by achieving targets and building long term relationships.
Key responsibilities

Manage incoming sales enquiries and follow up leads
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare quotes and follow up to secure orders
Maintain accurate records of activity and customer interactions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and good customer service
Attend meetings, customer visits or industry events when required
Identify opportunities for growth and support wider sales campaigns

What we are looking for

Previous experience in sales or customer focused roles
Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
Able to build rapport quickly and maintain strong working relationships
Motivated, organised and comfortable working towards targets
Good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and customers
